Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have started performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we should start performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as performance of the contract has commenced.

Performance is considered started as soon as you use the join code for the first time.
